Intro to Stick Welding: November Session
SMAW, or stick welding, is a key standard in the welding industry, particularly in the oil and gas sectors, steel erection, and mobile welding. This Introduction to Stick Welding course offers hands-on experience and training with a low teacher-to-student ratio, making it ideal for hobbyists and those considering a welding career.
The 18-hour Introduction to Stick Welding course combines lectures with practical exercises. It is designed for both beginners with no prior experience and those needing a refresher on the SMAW process. Upon completion, students will understand safety, equipment setup, and proper welding techniques.

Payment is due at time of registration. Students MUST attend wearing cotton or denim pants and CSA certified steel toe boots in order to participate, SkillsTC does not provide these items.
